About Us

Mr Sloat’s career spans 17 years and includes Vice President of construction at both Sierra Construction and Inland Homes located in Tampa Florida. His vast experience positions him to be able to provide both high level construction project management leadership and specific project supervision. Whether acting as the project general contractor or a sub-contractor, Mr Sloat’s attention to detail and knowledge of multiple building disciplines allows him to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems as they arise and keep the project on target.

 

During his career Mr. Sloat has been responsible for the building of over 1800 residential homes ranging from $130,000 to $2,700,000 and over 50 commercial projects of all sizes. From designing to building, remodeling to new construction, beginning with the foundation right up to the roof, American Classic can get the job done.
